1) Please save the "Estimate.doc" file to your computer by clicking on the Word Icon below, and then selecting the Save or Save to Disk function of your browser instead of Open. Remeber where it was saved, since you will need to open it later.

2) Locate the recently downloaded file, and open it.

3) After the document has been filled out completely, please e-mail the document to Jerry Shaban at jshaban@BathroomSpecialists.ca, or fax it to 416-241-1662 after you print it out.
